Hot Real Estate Market in Mexico Beach

First let me tell you----------the weather has been gorgeous all week! Cool in the mornings and evenings and beautifully warm in the middle of the day! A little breezy for those who like to fish, but.......................................

Let me put numbers to it---60's in the mornings and evenings and mid 70's to 80 degrees in the day! I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!

Tranquil Harbor Auction is May 2nd, this Saturday. It seems as if the consensus among the lookers has been $150,000- $250,000! I think that would be a deal for sure!

Don't forget at auctions you have to add a 10% buyers premium on top of your winning bid!

If interested let me know. I can show all units anytime!

There is another auction schedule for June 6th. A couple gulf front homes, a large home on several acres on the north side of Hwy 98, a vacant lot 1/2 block from the water as well as a single family home 1/2 block from the water.

I'll be glad to send you information upon request!!!!!

As always, have a great week. Don't hesitate to call/email me with any questions about ANY property in the area!

And remember...................The shortest distance between a problem and a solution is the distance between your knees and the floor.
